Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking Availability
- Tracking numbers may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
- If tracking does not immediately show updates, please allow time for the carrier to scan the package.
How to Track Your Order
- Use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email, or
- Enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website.
Issues With Tracking
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at weecom2025@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
